Tents are very rare now and are currently used to store items and persist but if you die it despawns after 2-6 days and you have no way of reclaiming your own tent. I think after you die you should have the option of going back to the tent and hitting a button so it goes back to persisting forever. It allows you to have a place where you can keep excess stuff and not have to worry about losing it but other players can still take from it.

Something persistent is not a good idea. Permadeath is called permadeath for a reason.

I think the tent system that is currently implemented is pretty good, but they need to fix placement!

Allowing people to spawn as a new person based on the deeds of their old character is something I would dislike and is likely outside the vision of the game.
