I found a heli crash in the fields between NWAF and Grishino. I crept up, looted a m107, noticed an Enfield which I thought was suspicious(I was not the 1st one here..), but I kept looking around.

I come around the nose of the heli, shots ring out, I'm hit, I know where they are, but I have to duck behind heli for cover.

I spend about 5mins bandaging, and eating(i had just cooked a bunch of meat before this luckily..) and trying to peak out and locate my shooter and get tagged once more and have to bandage.

I finally peak out around the tail and see a guy crouched in the treeline to the south. I take one shot, he dies. I see a buddy of his legs scooting under a bush near him, take another shot, no idea if it hit because by this time, I am covered in zombies.

So I run north to the other woods, zeds in tow, get into the bush and kill them all with my glock. I then begin the long circle to get behind the campers.

JUST when I am approaching their LOC, yellow chain comes up. I think 'ok, it's only yellow, no big deal.' But no, I put around 8 rounds into a guy whos back is to me, he doesn't move. I walk up, see the corpse of the 1st guy, his buddy still sitting there despite being riddled with holes, and then I notice a guy prone creeping away from the scene and fire several rounds into him, again nothing. I walk right up to him, I can access the packs on both guys, but can't take anything.

So I log out, and server is no longer in the list.

TL;DR-- 3 guys ambush me at a heli crash. I kill one, get the drop on the other 2 and they pull the server down. :(

I suppose it could be random chance, but I've seen way too much abuse to believe that anymore.

yellow chain big lag/server not registering stuff.

had team mate shoot a zombie that was moving on his screen (he had aggro) 5 minutes later the zombie dies on my screen was still the whole time.

so what you seen was different to them. you see the guy standing still and you pump a mag into his skull. he is 2km away with the guy you killed loot.

its just that the server hasn't got sync and hasn't registed that the guys had moved away. be confortable in that he will soon be on the forums complaining about invisible hackers when he was killed 10 minutes after he had contact with a player. he was no where near anyone and didn't hear any shots.

Yeah I realize that, but the server is STILL down. I don't know exactly wtf happened to it, but I've never seen that before. Given what happened to me on it, makes me VERY suspicious.

Also there was ZERO lag before those final moments when i closed on their location.

I installed fraps last night, but I totally forgot about it. Kicking myself now. :(
