Or where do you get op stuff like guille suits or m4a1 sd + red dot?

NVG's: Dead Players.

Guille suits: Crashed Helicopters/Military/Residential.

M4A1 CCO SD's: Dead Players/Military.

AS50's: Dead Players/Crashed Helicopters.

God I really need a small group to join, Looting the military base in stary or the NW airfield on a rather full server at daytime is a 50 percent chance of suicide.

NW airfield in the two barracks is the only place to get that stuff. Good luck going their though as that place is bandit hotspot #1 where you WILL get shot on sight (Guaranteed, so you may as well do same).

Also, the loot you are after is really rare spawn, so chances are once you actually get there, you will have to server hop A LOT to actually find that stuff. Watch out for other server hoppers and other players already on that server.

You are probably better off trying to actually kill someone with that stuff then actually finding it in NW airfield.

If you're in a clan, they will probably dupe one for you. The legit way is to find crashed helicopters or camp the barracks at the NW airfield. To do that, you need friends.

Yes, I got the M4A1 CCO SD in the northern barracks last night. Went to a server where it was dark, and literally snuck my way in using my map only. Only put on a glowstick when I was in the barracks themselves. Saw the M4 SD, and 3 SD STANAGS and turned the glowstick off, and BOOKED IT directly north. Thank god no one had any thermals or NVGs.

NVG's can also be looted from the pilot of a crashed helicoptors, so after taking him out, try searching him.

its easier to get the NVGS from barracks when its a full server, just kill the guys near the barracks that have them!!

I had a CCO SD but had no mags, then got killed by a hacker who smashed me from the sky :(

For me, I got mine with my first murder this life. I was in Cherno, right next to that big huge building that has several stories that snipers like to camp on. (My friend was with me that day, and I was trying to convince him of how awesome this game is). I'm in Cherno, and I see this guy going up the building, so I decide to follow him just to show my friend some PVP. I sneak up to the second floor, right next to a ladder, which is the only way up. I decide to camp there, and wait for him to come down. (He looked like a low level character, so I doubted he would be up there long). I wait for about 5 minutes, then low and behold, what do I hear? I hear a player coming up from behind me. He's running up the stairs. I shoot him several times, but i'm prone, so I don't do much damage. He gets a couple good shots off on my body, and I fall unconcious. I managed to kill him though, so I wait it out and fortunately I don't die. I bandage up, and check his body. I see the beloved NVG's and rangefinders. I take both, and i see he also has L86A2 thermal thingy. I grab that up too, but then I lost connection. (It was when dayz was being hacked and connection was iffy). I fly to another server, hoping that i got the nvg's and the gun. When I finally reconnect, I had lost the gun, but fortunately I got the nvg's and rangefinder, which is all i really wanted anyway.

Problem? My as50 hasn't failed me once, nothing I shoot gets back up, I've taken out clans with it, plus vehicles no longer mean anything to my as50

Nono, i have nothing agains't it personally, i simply don't like the gun as a whole.

To much jumping while doing rapid sniping on it.

It's a decent gun as a whole, just to bad you will never be able to use the max zeroing on it..

Server's are maxed at 1500 meters as far as i recall :/

Haha fair enough then, Rapid fire for me isnt too much concern, my second sniper also has an as50 so between us any group is as good as dead :D
