If i reformat my computer, will all my stuff be saved.. or what files do i need to backup

Just arma 2

and arma 2 other profiles folders?

Your in-game character/items are saved on the Hive via your Player ID (CD-Key specific).

As long as you re-install the same copy of ARMA II, you should be set.

Backing up both Profile folders in your My Documents only saves your in-game settings/face etc.
