Graphics Crashing after 5 or so minutes of gameplay

Recommended Posts

I've had DayZ Standalone for a while, used to play it more often but took a long break from it, Game ran fine with medium-high settings before ( Nov 14 - Jan 15).  I picked it back up recently and started playing again but am having issues with my graphics crashing after a few minutes of gameplay.  I set all my settings to low as you can see in the "start" picture below, then it crashes and my character shapes blend together, and i can see through walls if i am in buildings (they dont render in) and i get really bad lag.  If i close out and restart the game it fixes it for a few minutes. Below are my specs and pictures showing my issues.  I have done the standard FPS/graphics fixes for Dayz SA...
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0GHz

4GB DDR2 ram
AMD Radeon 7700 1 GB GPU

This is what it looks like now with settings low when i start the game, not great but everything works fine

After a few minutes i get a lag spike and my graphics take a hard dive and i have almost constant lag...

I have this exact same problem and it's been like this since last xmas. I have not been able to play DayZ for more than 5-10 minutes before the textures just vanish and the game starts moving at 1fps. The only difference between your specs and mine are my video card which is a AMD Radeon 4870. All of the troubleshooting online has failed in fixing this. I cannot currently play DayZ and have not been able to for more than 6 months. CS:GO, KSP+Visual Enhancements and FarCry 3 all work flawlessly on my PC.

Not quite sufe if your second pic shows the blocky graphics which I am going to be referring to but if you run 32-bit go upgrade to 64-bit.
