HELP! Whenever I join a server I immediately lose connection and get No message received.

Hi guys. All of sudden my game has now started to lose connection instantly whenever I join a server. I can look around and eat etc but as soon as I move one step then my whole game freezes for 5-10 seconds. I literally cannot move. I also cannot move things around my bag or put things into my hands.

I have done all the relevant checks, my network connection is fine and I reinstalled Day Z however the problem has persisted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: As soon as I go to walk in any direct my FPS immediately drops to like 1. I have also switched to Experimental to see if this would make any different however it didn't. Not sure if this helps anyone just thought i'd mention it
