Region Control (Item Rarity Levels)

So I'm trying to envision what regional control will feel like. While for the Devs this will involve very complicated configurations and the chance to find something special anywhere. For us it will mean some items will be generally available in the zone. I'm looking at which items will be generally available in each zone.

I only did Zone 1, but its contrast with other zones will be what makes the journey interesting. I was surprised that I put soo much in zone 1, but thought traveling back to zone 1 for medical supplies, truck parts, and tools might be interesting and provide interactions after getting past the initial nutrition hurdles. Should medical supplies be in Zone 1? I didn't think so until I looked through.

 

The generally available items are in green, rare items in red. Going through and making your own might be more interesting than reading mine, just copy and color code. Or discuss what you expect out of regional control.
