Installed Correctly But Can't Join

Hello everyone

I seem to have a problem when it comes to joining a server, I get one of two errors. The most common error is

"(bunch of files) are not signed by a key accepted by this server. To play on this server, remove listed files or install additional accept keys."

This happens on 99% of all the servers I tried to join, today however, I joined a server and it got as far as "receiving data" and it kicked me back to the lobby without an error message.

And I downloaded the following files from: http://us.armafiles.info/

I followed the instructions about 10 times, what am I doing wrong?

What i did to install :

I installed Arma II FREE (not via steam so)

then i used this video tutorial :

I already had Arma II Operation Arrowhead installed on STEAM.

It worked 100%.

The thing is, in this vidéo you launch your arma II modS via a Software. In this software you choose the directories of your Arma II / Arma II FREE / OpA /CO it's why it works even on a retail+OpA steam install.

Well, just follow the tuto, hope it works as fine as me

I almost hate to say it but there is the high possibility that you didn't unpack the .rar files into your @DayZ/addons folder.

I followed the video tutorial Keurk but still no luck :(. @Legacy I unpacked all of the .rar files I have listed above into my C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\@dayz\Addons

I'm don't have Arma II Free so I don't know exactly what could be the issue here, then again Arma II Free from what I heard isn't 'supported' but does work properly if done correctly. I can't really help since I never done it with retail and only Steam.

Maybe someone with the same issue can help or you can use the search function?

I don't have arma 2 free either, I got the full version from steam.

Oh whoops, read the wrong post then.

Make sure your launch options include the right settings, and that you right click and click on Launch Arma II: Combined Operations

Here is the appropriate launch options

-nosplash -mod=@dayz

Ok I got ride the "(bunch of files) are not signed by a key accepted by this server. To play on this server, remove listed files or install additional accept keys." by deleting all mods in my arma 2 Addon folder, however now I get another message that says, "You cannot play/edit this mission, it depends on downloadable content that has been deleted"

Alot of the time it's doing that because the launch options aren't loading the mod, or you aren't running Combined Operations. Right click Op ArrowHead and run it as CO. Make sure you're running Steam as an Administrator.
