Adding a sound mod to DayZ

Ok so i have the HI-FI sound mod for Arma 2 which adds alot better weapon sounds to the game but for some reason they dont work in DayZ. If i add the content of the Hi-Fi folder (pbo files) into the DayZ folder, will that work/ get me banned? :S

might get you banned. Do not mess with the files (and connect to legit servers)
