Looking for DayZ standalone clan/group

I am looking for a group that can teach me the real ins and outs of dayz I know the basic mechanics of the game and I am looking for some people to have a good time with. Would really be a plus if you could have teamspeak or skype I don't like the idea of just talking in direct.
