Car / Tent never seems to save items

Hello,

I just recently acquired my first vehicle and also have had 2 tents.

Both times me and a friend dropped in some stuff in there which we didn't want to carry around all the time (excessive medical supplies & ammo, usually). But everytime we log out for the night and come back the next morning, either the tent is gone or all the items are gone.

Both the tents have disappeared and the car was empty in the morning.

Now, it could be that players ran over the tent with a car, which seems highly unlikely given the location that we put them.

However, the car just doesn't make sense. All the items were gone but the car was still there.

Anyone have any clue why this is happening? Is this a common event or just plain bad luck?

Also, before anyone asks, yes I did press "save" a bunch of times on both the tent and the car.

I'm not sure but I think I've read somewhere else that you have to use the vehicles and tents inventory slots. If you did my mistake.

Sounds like you met the kind of guys who brake into houses and steal the batteries from the TV remote and then just leave.

This has been happening a lot recently, there seems to be issues with tents that is causing them to clear on server restarts. We lost a huge pile of rare helicopter crash weapons/ammo and loads of supplies after a restart.

By any chance was it the white offroad truck that you had? Ours cleared itself, and I saw in the other thread about this that it did too.

We got the military jeep, and I'm scared to drop my SAW in there ._.
