How do i get out of the debug forest?

How do i get out if im stuck in there??? the game is working fine for most but im in lala land doing a whole lot of sfa

Press "Esc", then press "Respawn", then press "Esc" again and press "Disconnect". Then join a game like you always do and bang, you're at the shore.

Thats depressing... is there any way i can get there without losing all my stuff?

OK.... so was going to run and decided i cbf.... respawned got out got back in.... i spawned in debug forest right infront of my other dead self -.-

It depends on where you are. Are you in empty hills or a forest? If you're in the forest, you run East for about 2 minutes and you end up in Polkovo. The Northwest debug hills are pointless to run out of. Just respawn if that is the case.
