Already updated but need v1.60.93825?

Ive gone through six updater and updated and everything but when I try and get into a game, almost all of them require version 1.60.93825, and I only have 1.60.

Im not sure if this is connected to the server issues because I still have trouble even getting to the multiplayer lobby and theres only like 20 or 30 available servers, but anyway how do I update to 1.60.93825? Because there are only 5 that use 1.60 and all the rest use the updated version, and I cant seem to get it.

So what do I do with the link then? I downloaded it, then dragged the file into the addons folder but still nothing, do i need to do anything to the file once its in the addons folder?
