Helicopter Kamov Ka - 52

Hi everyone, i'm a french youtubers and yesterday i have found and repair a ka 52 with my friends, after i start to fly, anyone can't re-spawn and after i disconnect and reconnect i can't spawn too...

The server is US89 TX a régular serv.

This heli is légal ? I found that heli at KRASNOSTAV airfield in the middle of the field and for repair this heli I use a motor parts.

How is it possible it spawn here ?

DayZ have not anti-cheat measure ?

Ok for this information, if anyone can restart this serve because actually completely unjoinable ...
