The hopeful return of: Me and the tactical vest

After a 1 min brainstorm as to why the tactical vest was removed I have a small idea as to how the tactical vest could be readded to DayZ standalone

Tactical vest:

Completely revamp the model (Because it had clipping issues with the female model) and re-implement the vest to be as rare as the high capacity vest but make it better at stopping pistol bullets to make up for the lack of storage space

but that is just me . . . and I am completely fine with what choices the devs make with the game.

we currently have the plate carrier vest : small caliber protection (not yet implemented), attachables holster and storage for a 8 + 1 gun slot
