I bought a copy of OA from gamesrocket and I am havign troubles downloading the game, so i thought punching in the cd key to steam. Can I do that? also, when I am at college and living in dorm which blocks steam, can I play Dayz withou steam?

I always play through the beta launcher, no steam required to be running (while I've bought the game through steam itself)
