re-occurring glitch, help needed.

Every time I spawn in, my character is dehydrated and starving. I can drink or eat as much as I want but my status won't change. I've killed myself several times and still the glitch comes back and f***** me again. It's really annoying and I just want to play Dayz, if anyone could help it would be appreciated.
