Hello devs,

Would it be allowed for me to abuse admin powers and try to create happenings on my server?

For instance:

#NEWSFLASH: the mental institute next to the Elektro hospital has released their patients.

#NEWSFLASH2 : A hatchet delivery truck breaks down in front of the hospital.

...

Would that be tolerated ?

I don't see how that would break terms of hosting. Some people will find it funny others will find it annoying. I always drop a meessage in global before restarting the server.

it would be cool being able to find radios and once in a while having bullettins regarding such events read to you by some kind of text to speech software
