DE4, hacker confessing to vehicle and NPC spawns

Would like to report a guy going by the name of James on DE4. Unfortunately i dont have the guid, but hopefully when marker sees this he can provide one

Anyway, this guy was caught hacking, openly admitted to it on OCUK forums, then continued to defend his actions and claim it was for 'knowledge of the game and engine'

This debacle starts on page 153, first reported by Purdy and is mostly wrapped up by page 155. Hackers name on there is jamez_h12. A few posts have been deleted by forum mods, due to language and whatnot, but i have reposted all the important quotes (page 155, post #4649 as of writing, may change if more posts get deleted)

I know the evidence here isnt completely condemning, but i hope with a little collaboration, this cocky tard gets what he deserves.
