Doesn't anyone host regular Dayz servers anymore?

I've been looking for a host that has regular Dayz servers and it seems that every host that boasts "Dayz server hosting" is actually hosting Epoch, not Dayz. I went with one company that advertised a Dayz "All in one" package and I got nothing but options to install Epoch and it's variants (Overpoch, Overpochins, etc). They refunded my money and cancelled my server after I complained, so I went with another company where their ordering system clearly says I'm ordering a Dayz server and when it was installed, it was Epoch. Now I'm waiting for them to get back to me because they had told me Dayz servers were available in an email where I made it clear I didn't want Epoch (I already have 3 Epoch servers). 

 

So, BESIDES VILAYER or DAYZ.ST, does anyone know of other hosts that have Dayz (NOT EPOCH) servers? Please, no babble about dedicated servers, as I don't want the trouble associated with setting one of those up. I've set them up before and I'd much rather just go with a regular GSP hosted server.
