Black Screen Issue

I keep getting in-game black-screening when I try to play Arma II:OA DayZ Epoch mod or any mod for that matter.

None of my other friends get this issue, and even when I had my old computer, never had this issue. - nVidia GTX580

Usually anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours (usually around 20-30 minutes) it will eventually black-screen.

I can still control and hear my character & my friends see me still in, but my screen is completely black.

At that point, I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL, go to systems manager & manually close it.

 

I have no other issues with any other game (even Arma III), but this game is unplayable with that issue.

I've tried playing with the video settings, but still cannot get it to stabalize.  What is the problem?

 

Setup:

CPU - Intel Core i7-4790K Devil’s Canyon Quad-Core 4.0GHz

GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Superclocked ACX 2.0 4GB 256-Bit

Memory - 16GB DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

SSDs - 2 Samsung 250GB 840 EVOs

Mobo - ASRock Z97 Extreme 4
