Horrible Desynce issues

Anyone have a fix for this? I'm playing on servers where my ping ranges from 10's-100's, and only today have I been having some really bad desync issues. First few minutes on a new server are usually ok, and then I start getting out of sync and the game becomes practically unplayable. Any idea?

Everyone seems to be having desync issues - particularly a problem on high pop servers, hopefully new renderer will help

 

Any fixes though I'm all ears

I found a broadsword, so naturally I felt compelled to head to Devil's Castle to test it out. Once my destination was in view, I broke into a sprint and I suffered some of the worst desync and rubber-banding that I have ever experienced.
