how to get instance id?

Im getting to the end of my temper with this server registration process. Got linked to the area i require by dante earlier. Im registering a server thats not on the system yet. But they require an instance id just as i thought i was making progress in subbmitting a ticket.

Dont use the link titled 'Server Import Department' in his post, instead just register and then create a new ticket.

If it still requests a server ID try entering 000000

Do not do this... If you do not know the instance ID then tell us so in the ticket.
