MK48 vs FN FAL

hello all. i have a quick question to ask, as far as damage goes which gun is better. i know they both fire the same bullet, but when i used the fn fal i was able to drop allot of people with one hit, not with the mk though. Is it just my mind playing tricks on me?

I would say the FN FAL is slightly more powerfull.

ok, then at say 200 meters,as far as damage which one would be more effective.

That's why I like the FN Fal, even with the limited ammo. 3 mags last a long time if you don't spray at everything that moves.

I've never used an Mk 48 though. I suppose the ability to put more rounds down range would be good if you are trying to suppress a group of people, or put down a group in seconds. The FN Fal would be better at accurate medium-long range fire, but with iron sights you might be a bit limited in engagements over 300 meters, and outclassed at 500+ by weapons with scopes.

But more rounds down range means a better chance of hitting and killing the targets, but you will become a MASSIVE target.

yea i have put down two people at a time in like three seconds with the mk, something i definitely could not do with the FAL.

I absolutely love the FAL and only let go of it after i found MK 48

Haven't tried the other one you mentioned but I'd stick with FAL for the feel

Don't listen to anyone else, Mk48 in a competent person's hands is the best gun atm. Even better than snipers. You can accurately engage targets past 500m with it (assuming your resolution loves you) It is a one hit kill 100 round full auto weapon. (of course you can single fire it and SHOULD). Honestly, don't EVER let one of these go.
