Game freeze every 10/30 minutes

Hello.

 

I play dayz sa with a really end life computer (AMD Athlon II X2 215 4GB RAM and a NVIDIA Geforce 315) My game was freezing every 1/2 hours sometimes but now it's seriously unplayable I cleaned my computer (physically not deleting folders), allocated more memory to my Graphic card but nothing works..

 

When my game freeze the 'UC' of my compter is used to 100% and my ram at 2.8/26..

 

I play in windowed with very low graphics, and yeah my computer is bad but at least i want to play without so many frequent crashes!

 

Can somebody help me?
