Character Issues

Hello,

 

So, I re-installed DayZ earlier to find an issue. My character is stuck as a female. I go to "Character" and change it to a male, clicking "Set default" afterwards but it doesn't change to a male. I cannot find a solution to this, so if anyone can assist me I'd be very grateful.

After you click "set default" you'll need to kill your current character. The next time you spawn you should be a male
