DayZ SA not starting

When I try to play DayZ Standalone a message shows up saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.  You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item".  I dont have a clue what to do. Note - Yesterday I played dayz sa it started fine, today i loaded it upo and said that, Help?

Try reinstall
