V3S lost its Frontwheel

I have a serious problem. I tried to save a freshspawn by overruning a zombi. In this action my truck gentely touched a fence with the right front end and my left front tier was blown up. I took the survivor onboard and managed to get the truck in move again. but run out of fuel.

 

How can i repair the wheel? is there a truck-reset or refuel or repair when the server restarts?

 

P.S.: I know i could use a gas can to refuel the V3S but I m far away form the next gas station nor have a jerrycan  <_<

When the server restarts, the V3S should be refueled and repaired.  At least for now anyway.
