Devs not Responding to e-mail

Hi,Over the last 2 weeks i have sent in for an Instance number for a server,and have had no Response from anyone.I'm kinda of curious what it takes to get a Instance or a Response

Im really worried started a new server yesterday pm one of the staff and subbmited an email via support to try and bring the name on the server list inline with the rules. and they havent got back to me. I dont want ir blacklisted and waste 60 pound hosting fees.

My server is a new one hosted by multiplaygameservers i dont wish to buy a new server. That form doesnt appear to give me the option to register an external server.
