Disable UI with the Tilde key.

I have already suggested this to Hick's on his personal stream and he said it was a good idea. But I thought I would post here as well.

 

Currently when you press the Tilde key it makes the hot-bar disappear and reappear. What I am suggesting is that it also remove notifications on the left side of the screen and the dot reticle from the middle of the screen.

This would make taking screenshots and making videos easier and look better because you wouldn't have to wait for the status notifications disappear or have a grey dot in the middle of them.
