Blank screen log in

Anyone else have this happen to them? After the game loads the "please wait" thing, you get a bluish/purple screen instead of what you were looking at when you logged out? I can hear birds and swing my cursor around but the screen stays the same colour. Havent tried walking around but wondering if this is a known issue? Also, anyone know when the blurred vision bug (have to click on config, video settings to get your vision back each time you log in) is to be addressed?

edit: blank screen goes away when you do config/video. just like the blurred vision.
