I have been playing DayZ for a while now but when I just tried to log in the game will load be the server screen is empty. No list of servers to choose from. What has happened and how do I fix this because right now I can not play the game.

First make sure your filter settings havent changed. If those are the same wait it out and try restarting the game. It happens once in a while. you could try just spam refreshing it until they show up.
