yes you can kick for ping. 103 might be a bit low but its stops all but US players. euro's would have about 150 aussies 200+

103 ping you can get when any server lag spikes.. that is the most retard ping kicker ever, enjoy having an empty server.

I've been kicked off servers with a ping of 63.. Don't remember where. Wasn't an admin though, was Battleye.

My server also runs at 150ping. I feel its a good, stable number. Sounds like the ping is set super low where you were. 75-100 maybe?
