Unable to start my serv, please help

Hi everyone, here is my issue, at first the server was in restart mode so i was unable to start it properly.

Then i submitted a ticket , the staff answered me and finnaly told me that the issue was solved.

Now when i go on my service page , the server is "Stopped" and there is the "Start" button only.

When i click on "Start" there s a "LOADING" that pops up on the screen for about ten minutes and then it goes back to how it was before i tried to start it , i mean "Stopped"

Does someone has got an idea of what is going on ?

Any help would be appreciated, it s been more than 3 days that i ve rented my serv and i wasn t able to launch it even once...it breaking my nerves and my teamates are also going nuts with that.I ve submited another ticket but if someone encountered this problem before and has a solution it would be great.
