No sound in in game but has sound in main menu

What's going on? Anyone know?  I have sound on everything else except in game. I search using the try to reinstall directx...not working either

 

Sound was working yesterday. The only change i made is installing Cities Skylines game today

Maybe try and verify your game cache?

I tried all but I gave up.  I got a mic and audio jack headset. It's working now thanks though
