DayZ Freezes for few seconds every now and then since new update!

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to help me. Here is my problem;

I will start DayZ and go into a server and everything is work fine. Once spawned in the fps are the same as usual and i can move, however it seems once  move to a new location (say the next room) i will freeze for a few seconds (feels like FPS drop) and then come back into with good FPS. This happes alot and therefore has made the game unplayable for me! Before the latest udate i was completely fine. I hope they fix it in the next bug fix, but i just wanted to see what others had to say.

Thanks.

Are you still running your setup from this post or have you upgraded?

Really interested in buying the DayZ Stand Alone off steam, but I'm afraid it wont run. I have used sites such as http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/dayz/11929/?p=a and it says my graphics card is not good enough however i dont trust these sites as it also says Sim City and Surgeon Sim wont work but they do. What I'm really looking for is someone who runs it with the same graphics card as me which is Intel® HD Graphics Family.

Thanks

You won't be able to run the game, because (last time I checked) DayZ does not support integrated graphics cards such as yours.

Might be the issue if so.
