I've been having proplems with the "battleeye" but when i tried to uninstall all of it and load Arma2 OA now it is saying my "file is too short" 

 

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!

Which file is being labeled too short?  Please list the error as worded.  In my guess its a corrupt data file so I would delete said file which is too short then run a verification of cache to remedy.

Next time try using a better title, instead of just "I NEED HELP".
