Dayz Character fail

Hi i was playing dayz and i had a full  ghillie suit  and akm  with  pso 1 scope  but when i server  hopped it deleted my character and i searched a fix on  the  internet i was following  the tutorial and I think it was a  lie video but it said  delete  the dayz  saves inside  the  documents  folder  and  which  i  did and now when  i  started dayz my character was a girl  and i  couldnt change  it to a  man i tried everything  verifying integrity of game cahce but still no hope the only thing  i can do  now  is  reinstal  the  game which  is something i dont want to do but im  doing  it  anyways. Please  help.

If you join a server that just restarted to quickly you will be reset.. Well knows issue
