needed fixes(glass,antibiotics)

1. glass in hospitals actually breaks when shot at occasionally it doesn't currently.

2. zombies can still zig zag if people prefer but the need to straighten out a little bit sooner not right in front of you point blank.

3. Higher antibiotics spawn rate, almost impossible to find.

4. Maybe the option to put a waypoint on a player with their permission finding friends takes forever sometimes and takes away from gameplay.

5. When you shoot zombies come to your area but only attack if they see you.
