Respawn timer?

So was playing the game and all of a sudden I was ambushed by a bandit. Of course I died cause god forbid some asshole turn up the moment to grab a enfield and a mak..... Anyways I try to respawn and I am instantly knocked out for like 5 mins. ERM? wtf is that shiz? I know the whole shock deal like if a player shoots you you cant log out OR ELSE but I died and was respawning....... Anyone else have this problem?
