from what i hear the bug where you lose items is based on not being able to load the items into your backpack. 

 

 

 

 

example there.

 

 

what if you had the choice to rotate your oblong loot like nets, PET bottles, burlap sack stacks, wellies, plate carriers etc?

 

that way the game can auto-rotate something until it doesn't loose an item 

 

 

i've encountered this bug in .54 with burlap stacks, LRS and mosin compensator.
