Running Slow

Hi, 

 

I bought the game yersterday, and it runs really slow in some areas of the map. I have tried turning settings to low but its the same. 

Here are my specs: 

 

(Laptop)

Monitor resolution: 1920x1080p

CPU: Intel I7 4500U 1.8Ghz with turbo booster 3.0 Ghz

RAM: 8GB 

Graphic Card: Nvidia Geforce 745m 2gb DDR3 ( http://www.geforce.com/hardware/notebook-gpus/geforce-gt-745m/specifications )

HDD: 1TB

 

I found this guy who has no better specs than me and he can run the game just fine
