DayzLauncher Not Downloading Anything

just built a new computer and got arma2 and arma2 oa downloaded. opened both. downloaded dayz launcher. went to start a download for a mod and when i click the download button nothing happens.... help?

most of the posts in there are for people getting errors. i cant get dayz launcher to download anything for me. dayz commander wont even install with some weird message. was just wondering if this was a common thing with a fix or if i should just reinstall a bunch of times

hey, try going to the settings, then under downloads/mods path, click force http download. works for me now.
