Character wipe on own private shard server

since the private shard servers were spared from the global character wipe is there a possibility to reset the character data on a private shard server?

I'm guessing you could just ask your GSP to reinstall your master server. Not sure, but I believe that would create a new shard? Or GSP may have to contact BI, open a ticket about it.
