Random death from passing out. (teleport to ocean) + random broken leg.

What happened: Was on first floor of the small apartment building I was at around 3100 blood and I passed out in the room with a window viewing the other 2 apartments near by and as I passed out I fell through the floor for like a foot then I got teleported to some random ocean and instant died, I also had a broken leg when it happened but I got that about 5 minutes before I died from the glitch, I got it from the supermarket right next to that apartment, I got it by pressing V on the back of the supermarket to climb onto its ledge but instead bugged through the ledge and when I walked out I lost about 3000 blood and my leg got broken.

What you were doing: in prone (thanks the the glitched broken leg) crawling through the apartment looking for loot when I randomly passed out and got teleported then died.
