Will going to differnet servers during day time count as a day

alright because Night time isnt the most (fun) place to be. me and my freinds when it becomes dark in the US use a UK, or other server.... my question is if we go the whole day in the US server and it get dark.... if we switch to another day server in UK willl it still count us for being alive the whole day? or not? thnx for the replys :cool:

Your "alive" time is based off of your actual playtime, not the "days" a server goes through.

Also, nighttime is the best time: less players, zombies are mellow, and there is gear around every corner.

Thanks for the reply :) but if its nighttime, you will find better loot? soo playing at night is better then during the day?... also any advice for a 3 man team for rolling at night?

I think you may have it wrong here, because I have not played 624 hours worth of this char, but when I log in I am up to 26 days. I have the feeling it is based off 24hr cycles of the HIVE server to keep track of your "days survived"

If your going into the cities or smaller towns..flare em up like mad :) it does attract those cute little night snipers though so keep an eye out.

If you really really want to, play in full screen mode and turn your Gamma and Brightness up. You will see well, though in a detail-loss sorta way.

For Window mode users, turn your brightness up (gamma does nothing), and tilt the top of your monitor towards you.

The rest is left up to the amount of moon light.

Next, forget Cherno. Find northern towns with shops, staying at the fringes for a minute or two. If you see no other flares/flashlights, head in, turning on/off your flashlight every once in a while to check around for zombies and building entrances.

Zeds seem to be kinda attracted to the lights, but their visibility is so low it's a non-issue.

If you HAVE to go to Cherno at night, just join a server that doesn't have too many people on it. I don't know if there is any MORE or BETTER loot at night by coding, but I can say for sure that there are less people generally and thus more loot 'cause no one else takes it.

but playing at night, if you turn gamma and brightness up, i never need the torch, once you know the enterable buildings you get used to it. just turn up your sound so you hear zombies from far away.
