Game Settings?

I've been looking around the forums all morning(new to dayz and the forum) trying to help find the best settings I should run the game with, if anyone has any pointers or can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Will tell you what gave me the most FPS increase:

 

Look for the "yourprofilename.DayZProfile" file.

Located in C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\DayZ

 

search for "sceneComplexity" and reduce this to 500000 or even lower. Default is 750000.

 

another tip:

When you started DayZ open the  Task-manager - look for the process "DayZ.exe" right click it and set the priority to "high".

The specifications for you computer going to go a long way in determining what settings you are going to be using. So if you can post the specifications it would be really helpful.

Razer Game Booster, also displays FPS in the top left. That way you can actually tell if the changes made a difference. Start changing settings and testing.
