BootyW 0 Posted February 18, 2015 I've been looking around the forums all morning(new to dayz and the forum) trying to help find the best settings I should run the game with, if anyone has any pointers or can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Valdenburg 200 Posted February 18, 2015 Will tell you what gave me the most FPS increase: Look for the "yourprofilename.DayZProfile" file.Located in C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\DayZ search for "sceneComplexity" and reduce this to 500000 or even lower. Default is 750000. another tip:When you started DayZ open the Task-manager - look for the process "DayZ.exe" right click it and set the priority to "high". That way you can actually tell if the changes made a difference.
