Hi all, hoping someone can help me!

 

I'm trying to meet up with my buddy on Off The Grid server. But there is another server called "You are now, Off the Grid". Is it possible to be jumping between similarly named servers? Can a server change it's name at any time?

 

The reason I ask is because ive now made 2 characters, one on OTG and the other on "YANOTG". I haven't seen YANOTG on my server list in a while so i figured they changed names to just OTG. Anywho, i log on today on OTG and its loaded my old char from YANOTG server!!

 

So I'm very confused. I just want to know if there are indeed 2 separate servers that are similarly named. But also, how is it possible to log on to one server but have it come up with the char and location from the other??
