Vehicle Spawners on LU2 Server

So, I was playing with some friends on official server called LU2. While I was in Cherno they tried to repair Bus. While I was observing Cherno first I've heard heli engine. Then I saw this :

After a while helicopter went straight to Elektro. I ran that way aswell. From what ive heard from friends heli landed on some roof, 2 guys jumped off from it and my friends killed them. While I was half way from cherno to Elektro Ive heard engine again.Although it was different kind and when i looked back I saw tank, some Bradley type. I DC'd quickly, so sorry for no screenshot.

When I got to elektro i saw this :

Then tank tried was apparently looking for me :
